Pickup Point Management

Pickup Point Collection

For clients requiring pickup point services, enable the ‘Auto-Pickup’ module in our system. Once the pickup point account is activated, local staff can log in to process collections – either per individual parcel or in batch mode.

Pickup Point Outbound Processing

After the customer arrives at the pick-up point, he/she presents the pickup code. After scanning, he/she can view all the packages and storage locations of the current pick-up point, and also mark how many packages the current user has on the way. At the same time, he/she can also calculate the freight of the package and mark it as paid and shipped out.

Logistics sorting system

Sort by city

Sorting by city or region, you can set the maximum number of packages for each city. When the maximum number is reached, the system will prompt you to pack the packages, which is convenient for sorting and shipping by city.

Sorting by pick-up point

What Consolidated Shipping Modes Are Supported?

Our consolidated shipping software supports multiple modes:

  • Forwarding Mode: Packages are automatically weighed, photographed, and relabeled with destination country labels upon arrival, with logistics fees settled at the destination.
  • Consolidation Mode: Packages are stored and shelved upon arrival. Users receive automated notifications, and once all packages arrive, they can request consolidated shipping with combined packaging.

 

Yes, our system supports PDA for common operations, including receiving, warehousing, weighing, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping. Additionally, our iOS and Android apps allow you to view financial and user data.

We offer on-site training in Guangdong, China. For other provinces, travel expenses (flights and hotels) and additional technical support fees apply. Online technical support is provided free of charge.
